The Negotiator was founded by Serge Lafrance in 2005. For the past 15 years, Serge has been selling vehicles for different dealership to many customers offering a non-confrontational approach. Through these years he learned the value of a customer and wish to assure satisfaction with their purchases. Finding and selling the right vehicle and offering the care to extend the life and performance of it for its future owner is what he believes in.
The Negotiator has a full disclosure policy. We explain our standard fees so that customers understand how we operate ethically and how we can stay operational with a good reputation. We recommend protecting your investments with many offered programs which are at additional cost due to different package and are tailored to customers needs and requirements. Our administration is of $499, this is to cover all the cost of acquiring the reports and preparing the vehicle to our standards for the resale. Our standard inspections prior to selling our vehicles are included in the selling price. Sometimes it is common that we receive referral fees for supporting outsource suppliers or trade partners. This is to your advantage because can lower our profit margin to offer you a better discount or support additional programs which may be of needs by our customers.
